We focus on core team building skills in a fun and entertaining environment.  All of our corporate activities are designed to create social connections among coworkers regardless of age, gender, athletic experience, or the physical aptitude of each participant. Corporate Recess

Intensity: Light to average

Skill Level: Minimal

Group Fitness Classes

Intensity: Average to intense

Skill Level: Minimal

Frequency: 1-3 times per week

Duration: 1 hour
